Mandatory Check-In/ Orientation
Upon arrival in Orlando, scholars and their dependents are required to schedule an appointment with the J immigration advisor at the International Services Center. A mandatory immigration session will be scheduled for one hour.
Scholars are required to bring the following original documents to the session:- Visa
- Passport
- I-94 card
- DS-2019
- Valid proof of health(medical) insurance
- Current address in Orlando (may provide temporary address until permanent address is obtained)
- Current address in home country
- Original invitation/appointment letter from UCF department
- Same documents as above for dependents (if applicable)
