Travel Guidelines

This section contains information for the J-1 international scholar population and their dependents that are residing in the U.S. and plan to travel abroad. Being well informed of travel requirements and situations that may arise as a result of traveling abroad is an important aspect of maintaining immigration status. Prior to leaving the U.S., scholars are recommended to contact their ISC immigration adviser for assistance and the latest travel advisories.
