International Knights Shine!
The International Services center would like to congratulate the following International students on their Achievements.
Nader Mehdawi, Mohamed Alrowaimi, and Walid Hamad advised by Dr. Hae-Bum Yun, have won the PCI Engineering Design Competition also known as the Big Beam Contest 2012. They are now headed to nationals! Want to know more about the competition Click here.
Pranav Garg has been featured in the Orlando Sentinel in the article “2012 college grads see slightly improving job market.”
Haitham Bahaitham received the award for the outstanding Dissertation for his dissertation entitled “A Framework for Quantifying Sustainability of lean Implementation in Healthcare Organizations.”
Zhao Wang’s thesis “Nonlinear Estimation and Control for Assistive Robots” received the award for the Outstanding Master’s Thesis.
